As your article here noted it is concerning how a candidate like Mastriano can rise in Pennsylvania politics and ignore the media he dislikes and wears a Confederate uniform for a picture in an earlier time in his life. What does this mean for the democratic process that such a candidate emerges for Gov? He will drag Oz down to defeat and will help Dems in Cong races by being a drag on the ticket.
And now the Post Gazette throws a shoulder behind the Zappala Crime Cartel in their quest to become relevant again. With the wicked Godfather gone and Junior still dumb they can only become fearsome again with media help. Alas, Governor Wolf will do his own job and appoint a proper jurist to the Supreme Court vacancy and he won’t be bullied by toadies at a failing newspaper to appoint another corrupt Zappala.
