An order for state Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati to personally pay $29,000 in legal fees following the legal challenge to the state’s Congressional maps was stayed by a federal Judge.
According to State House Sound Bites Judge Michael Baylson stayed his previous order that found Scarnati had acted inappropriately and owed legal fees.
Scarnati and his legal team are in the process of appealing the decision which triggered Baylson to stay his order.
Scarnati said Baylson found “no bad faith and cited no relevant case law, which makes the assessment of personal liability even more confounding” and said the ruling would have huge effects on officials making legal decisions in the future.

Paul…. learn to proof
Its official: a dictatorship. Not allowed to appeal? Is this a Clinton/Obama appointed judge?
Who the hell is Scranati? Doesn’t anyone proofread this stuff?
