The Republican Party of Pennsylvania announced attorney Joel Frank as its new General Counsel. Frank is a Managing Partner of Lamb McErlane PC, a West Chester based law firm.
Frank was previously the General Counsel for the Chester County GOP.
“Aside from being an experienced election law attorney, Joel has served our Party as the long-time Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County,” PA GOP Chairman Val DiGiorgio said in an email to state party members.
“After serving as the Solicitor of the Republican Committee of Chester County for over 15 years, I’m now very much looking forward to my new role as General Counsel for the PA GOP, and working with Val, Bernie, State Committee and our republican candidates,” Frank said in an email.
The PA GOP also named three Deputy General Counsels, one each for the eastern, central, and western parts of the state. The eastern region is covered by Jonathan Goldstein, a founding partner of McNelly & Goldstein. The central region is covered by Mark Stewart, an attorney at Eckert Seamans. The western region is covered by Ronald Hicks Jr, an attorney at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott.
