PA-Sen: Toomey Releases Pair of New TV Ads (VIDEOS)

Pat Toomey is hitting Katie McGinty in two new TV ads set to hit the airwaves.

The first thirty-second spot, titled “Big Issues”, is a contrast commercial. It asserts that McGinty supports higher taxes, more regulations and sanctuary cities. Toomey, on the other hand, is against all these things.

“Pat Toomey: For jobs and security,” the spot ends, perhaps premiere a new slogan for the Toomey campaign.

The second ad, titled “Millionaire”, concerns just McGinty’s background.

“How did Katie McGinty become a millionaire?,” the narrator asks. “She was a lobbyist at a Washington firm that defends polluters. In Harrisburg, she helped steer millions of our tax dollars to big corporations that hired her. McGinty was paid over a million dollars on one corporate board facing multiple lawsuits.”

“Katie McGinty makes government work for her, not for us,” the narrator concludes.

This week, four different polls have showed a tight PA-Sen race with Toomey+1, McGinty +3, tied and Toomey+1.

  1. The ad should go:
““She was a lobbyist at a Washington firm that defends polluters”

Toomey: “Hey, that’s my job defending polluters!”

We know Toomey is behind, because he asked for more debates.

After watching what happened to Trump last night, he might want fewer debates.
