Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett stepped down today from his former elected office to take on the job as the state’s elected chief executive.
At the same time, his No. 2 man in the attorney general’s office, William Ryan Jr., becomes interim attorney general until a permanent replacement is named, as specified in the state constitution.

Can you give me the specific language and section of the PA Constitution where this authority is mentioned “as specified in the state constitution.”
