Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine and Gov. Ed Rendell will deliver what Democrats are billing as a “big speech” at Houston Hall at the University of Pennsylvania next Wednesday.

A DNC official said Kaine will “make the sharpest contrast that he has made to date on the direction the country would go if Republicans had their way.”
