Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jack Wagner has about $675,000 on hand after raising roughly $170,000 in the last five weeks of 2009, finance reports provided by his campaign Monday show.
The auditor general’s campaign has raised $750,000 so far, the reports showed, while spending about $80,000.
Although the numbers are far lower than the $6.5 million Democratic gubernatorial Dan Onorato has on hand, Wagner does hold a financial advantage over Scranton Mayor Chris Doherty and Montgomery County Commissioner. Doherty has just $94,000 on hand, while Hoeffel has $220,000.
