PoliticsPA’s Morning Buzz: 10/28 Edition

Bill Clinton will be campaigning throughout the state, Mississippi Gov. Barbour and Virginia Gov. McDonnell will also be campaigning in the commonwealth and a ballot battle is brewing in Bucks County. Good Thursday morning and welcome to the Buzz.

On the trail

Dan Onorato has three campaign events with President Clinton tomorrow. The first is a rally with Rep. Dahlkemper, Onorato and the former President. Next, there is a rally with John Callahan, Onorato and the former President in Bethlehem and, finally, Onorato and Clinton have a rally in Norristown. Then, Onorato has an event in Jenkintown, where State Rep. Josh Shapiro and U.S. Rep. Schwartz will appear with Onorato.

Joe Sestak will start the day in Philadelphia. He will then head to Phoenixville. In the afternoon, he will have a rally with President Clinton at Bryn Mawr College, Cheyney University and Temple University.

Tom Corbett is having a rally in King of Prussia with Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell.

Pat Toomey will be in Tamaqua, Scranton, and Philadelphia.

Rep. Fattah will be campaigning for Manan Trivedi in Norristown.

Mike Fitzpatrick will be having a press conference in Bensalem about the alleged voter fraud in Bucks County.

Gov. Rendell, Rep. Schwartz and Mayor Nutter will announce a new project in conjunction with Nutter’s Smart City, Smart Choice business campaign.
