James Roosevelt Jr., former associate commissioner for Retirement Policy for the Social Security Administration and grandson of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, will visit Lancaster, Allentown and Philadelphia to discuss Pat Toomey’s social security proposals. He is being brought to the commonwealth by the state Democratic Party as an expert to counter Toomey’s proposals.
Rep. Sander Levin (D-MI), Chairman of the House Ways & Means committee will be campaigning in Johnstown for Rep. Critz.
Lou Barletta is having a town hall near Jim Thorpe.

Developing: According to a Democratic source, The Roots are going to perform prior to the President at his rally in Germantown next Sunday. The Roots campaigned in support of the President in 2008 and as you may know are from Philadelphia and maintain close ties with the city.
