PoliticsPA’s Morning Buzz: 1/6 Edition

The Congressional delegation was sworn in, and reporters no longer have to include “-elect” when referring to Senator Pat Toomey. The State Senate special election will be held March 15. Allegheny County pols look to move up the chain. A plan to create jobs, improve infrastructure and strengthen pensions in the Post-Gazette. And finally, Reps. Holden and Altmire apparently saw one of the 5,000 different GOP commercials this cycle – they voted against Nancy Pelosi for Speaker.

Good morning politicos and welcome to the buzz.
