PA State Supreme Court Justice Correale Stevens picked up the support of another group in his quest to retain his seat.

The Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association (PSCOA) is backing Justice Stevens, PoliticsPA has learned.

“The Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association (PSCOA) is proud to endorse your candidacy for Justice with the Supreme Court,” PSCOA Vice President Jason C. Bloom wrote Stevens. “Your tireless work in public service and in the community has made a difference in the lives of so many resident[s] of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Your commitment to fight crime and work with law enforcement makes you uniquely qualified to serve as a Justice with the Supreme Court.”

“On behalf of our more than 100,000 members, we wish you many years of success,” he concluded.

Justice Stevens was also endorsed by the PA State Troopers Association earlier this month.
