Chris Carney is toying with a run for Senate.
It would appear our readers want him to throw his hat in the ring.
The former Congressman won our reader poll for the 2016 Senate nomination despite the fact that 2010 nominee Joe Sestak is best positioned and State Sen. Vince Hughes may also jump in.
436 readers chose Carney in a hypothetical race while 331 went with Sestak.
Hughes came in third with 288 respondents.

Alan Kennedy-Shaffer was elected president of Harrisburg Hopeless. Not including him in this poll was a huge mistake.

Burt- They seem to be limiting the poll to people who’ve been elected before.
The lack of including Allan Kennedy-Shaffer from this poll is un-American.
