Reader Poll: Corbett Won Second Gubernatorial Debate

Corbett-Wolf-breakfast-debateGovernor Corbett is 2 for 2 in debates, at least according to our readers.

Gov. Corbett and Tom Wolf met for their second gubernatorial debate at the KYW studio in Philadelphia.

The morning forum, which sat the two candidates right next to each other, had a much more intense and combative tone than their first contest.

Still, the incumbent received 1,278 votes, or 69% of the total.

Meanwhile, just 562 respondents felt that the Democratic nominee won the debate. The small silver lining for Wolf? He did slightly better than he did in our reader poll for the first debate.

The full results are included below:

Who Won the Second Gubernatorial Debate?

  1. Hoofin, I understand your concern about website voter fraud. Perhaps, Politics PA should require readers to show an ID but then again that would disenfranchise readers.

  2. You must be joking, if you think the readership is still taking that seriously. The timing of how the votes come in clearly show that there is some “ballot stuffing” going on by some mouse happy people. Gotta wonder for all the squawking out of certain quarters about “ballot integrity” whether there isn’t a certain amount of hypocrisy . . .
