Reader Poll: Do You Approve of Gov. Wolf’s Job Performance?

governor-wolfQuite a lot has happened over the past seven months.

That’s when we last surveyed our readers on Governor Wolf’s job performance and found just 23% approved.

In that time Wolf signed two budgets and a medical marijuana bill, pushed out his DEP Secretary, and finally got liquor reform done.

Given all that, it seems time to test Tom Wolf’s approval once again.

So dear readers, how do you feel about the job the Governor’s done?

  1. Governor Wolf is doing a great job for the people in this state. We need him and more people like him in Harrisburg.

  2. He sux. Tax natural gas, tax natural gas, tax natural gas….and give the money to Philly. Brilliant plan, that was.

Pennsylvania should split. Philly and its burbs can go join New Jersey and tax themselves into oblivion and leave the rest of us alone. They have New York City penis envy anyway.

The dimbulbs in Allegheny County who beleive everything they read in the Putz Gazette can cry their lives away when the Hildebeast is put into a nursing home and the Putz Gazette goes out of business.

  3. Hahaha. Answer yes. John J Dougherty currently sits as the Governors Appointment to the PRPA and DRPA. IBEW98 has given at least 600 k to McGintys campaign. He was appointed when she served as Chief of Staff

  4. He doesn’t do anything but sit in his farmhouse. His staff is beyond horrible. He has no access or input on the budget. Corman Scarnotti and Costa did the whole thing without the Gov input. And folks all over PA are nodding out on his Naxalon tour. 2 thumbs down

  5. Governor Wolf is doing a terrific job. He truly is a man of the people, and in touch with the wants and needs of the voters of this state. I absolutely love the job he is doing and think he is one of the best leaders we have had in that office in a while. Great politician, big heart, great human being.

  6. Freed the six pack; got bipartisan liquor reform through; finally passed medical marijuana despite massive opposition from powerful private interests; pushed through a budget that, though not perfect, got our state’s financial house back on track to avoid another credit downgrade, all while battling intransigent Republican majorities that are taking their cues from Washington and think having successfully gerrymandered the state means they have a mandate. Given the circumstances and the obstacles, I’d say he’s doing an impressive job. If Trump drags down the downballot enough to cut into those gerrymandered majorities, he might even be able to make some serious progress.
