Glad he is going to jail where he belongs. Not so crazy about the the judge kicking off a juror who believed he had the right to weigh the evidence and reach a different conclusion. Fair trails start with the word fair, this doesn’t cut it (although I am reasonably sure a re-trail would have found the 12 jurors to convict, there is a reason to declare a mistrial and I believe the judge erred. Don’t be surprised if he gets a new trial).
Who cares. He’s not white.
