However, if the Constitution allowed for a third term, Obama would have easily won. I detect Trump voters starting to have buyers remorse. First, Trump lied about the number of jobs saved at Carrier. Then in recent weeks, Trump supporters enrolled in Obamacare are becoming more vocal about their opposition to GOPers repealing the law. And Trump’s global business dealings will most likely trigger a Constitutional crisis over the next year. By 2018 Trump will be facing impeachment hearings, and the Democrats will retake the Senate and maybe the House.
A good president who accomplished some notable achievements, but fell short of living up to progressive expectations.
Obama is living proof that arrogance is no substitute for accomplishment.
