This is not a very scientific poll! I do not see how you can separate these two policies. They are equally important.
I vote for the third choice – they are equally important.
I don’t consider the environment to be a “domestic issue”. I see it and other matters to be intertwined. I think that as with personal issues, it’s important to take care of internal issues and often that solves external ones.
