  1. Undeniably consider that which you said. Your favourite justification appeared to be at the net the simplest factor to take into account of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed whilst other folks think about issues that they plainly don’t recognise about. You managed to hit the nail upon the highest as smartly as outlined out the entire thing with no need side-effects , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thank you

  2. Ha3 – Frank Fina’s lawyer is Bob Levant. Word is that Bob Levant also represented Seth Williams when the FBI launched their criminal investigation.

And then – lo and behold – Seth also hired Bob Levant’s wife to a high-paying job for which she has zero qualifications.

I’m sure the Press is just waiting for the right time to report on the number they pulled on Harry Levant’s criminal case. Harry’s sister-in-law’s Office handled the case. And Harry got probation for stealing almost $2,000,000.00

Something is indeed rotten at the DA’s Office.

  3. In case people are curious, here are the FACTS on the corrupt incumbent, Seth Williams:

The guy who just tried to keep an innocent man in prison for a crime he did not commit.

The guy who recently hired his lawyer’s wife to a six-figure job she is not qualified for.

The guy who covered-up for the person who vandalized City property in front of his house (or maybe in front of his g/f’s house).

The guy who’s Twitter feed once included photos from Big Booty Latina and Big Booty Ebony.

The guy who promotes women he has slept with (maybe said g/f mentioned above).

The guy who spent campaign funds on membership dues at The Union League and The Sporting Club at The Bellvue.

The guy who turned his back on the victim of a violent crime because one of the perpetrators gave him lots of $$$.

The guy who ignored the law and turned his back on the victim of sexual assault.

The guy who lives with his Mommy.

The guy who demoted a top Deputy and hard-working prosecutor because she suggested that the Office not have racist, sexist prosecutors on staff.

The guy that had a Harrisburg bartender and Corbett Republicans running his PAC and his campaign for re-election.

The guy that has a hard time paying his bills on a $175,000.00 a year job.

The guy that got his ass kicked by a defense attorney and then turned around and hired him as a Deputy.

The guy who is the subject of FBI criminal investigation that just got EXPANDED.

The guy who sips bourbon in a bow-tie at the Union League.

The guy who gets free field-passes for NFL games and then refuses to prosecute NFL players who sucker-punch off-duty officers.

The guy whose family lives in the suburbs in an illegally paid-for house with the wife that he cheated on repeatedly.

The guy who just had his hallmark-case over-turned by the Supreme Court.

The guy who thinks it’s OK to prosecute people for taking small gifts while he receives $160,000.00 in gifts.

The guy who brought in a washed-up criminal defense attorney/tax-deadbeat to run the D.A.’s Office.

The guy that helped a scum-bag lawyer become a Judge in Philadelphia.

And that is all BEFORE WE EVEN TALK ABOUT his non-profit, Woody’s, Frank Fina, Marc Costanzo, and Harry Levant. I hope Seth’s ex-wife, security detail, and non-profit staff have hired good attorneys. And I hope the husband/wife Levant/Martin duo go to federal prison with Seth.

  4. Never heard of Joe Kann. Asking my friends that are lawyers – they never heard of him either. Not saying that an unheard of prosecutor cannot be a good DA, but Negrin is also a former prosecutor who also has proven himself in leadership positions. Negrin has proven track record of working hard for Philadelphians. And he was on Ethics Board. Not sure there will be a better candidate. Agree that he will win if he runs.

  5. If he wants it, Rich Negrin becomes DA.

Has to lean in and mark his territory very soon. Has to make it real tough for Seth to win and others to outmaneuver him.

He’ll be a “First” , if not mistaken, in a city with a high percentage of Latinos.

That and the fact that he’s well liked from the neighborhoods to the boardrooms.

Proper vetting will determine if he’s real or not in the “Ethically Clean” category.

    All indications he’s above board.

    Its his to lose.

  6. Ummmm —- Trujillo is not running for D.A. Rich Negrin is a close friend of his. Trujillo respects Negrin as a person and as a lawyer … and as a leader too. He will endorse Negrin.

Regardless whether Kahn voted for himself a bunch of times (at the Apple Store – haha) or not, Negrin will be the favorite. And it won’t be close. No one really knows who Kahn is (including voters and power brokers).

Negrin easily beats the embattled – and ethically challenged – Seth Williams. The O knows.

  7. No way Brady backs Seth Williams. Brady knows the Feds are on EVERYBODY’S trail. He’s gonna need to play this one straight. Plus – there is not much love lost there anyway. Seth Williams is a goner. His career in politics is over. Pigs get fat; hogs get slaughtered.

Plus – Seth Williams is going to be indicted. It’s just a matter of when. Brady must know that.

  8. The poll is too funny. There aren’t 268 people in Philadelphia who have even heard of Joe Khan let alone think he will win a contested primary. The fact that no one has even set up a campaign and started raising money tells you all you need to know about this race. To have any chance someone needs to raise $ this year and start making the political connections necessary to take out Williams-because Brady will be working hard to make sure city committee endorses Seth and to keep the ward leaders on Board. Seth in a landslide-unless he’s indicted or the media catches him in a cover up or filing a false police report.

  9. Not yet, Aaron. But it certainly looks like you are going to be right again.

Can you make your next one this — “Has the pathetic retard troll been sued by Brett Cott yet?”

    Thanks.

  10. First – John Kann hangs out at the Apple Store voting for himself.

Now he is here asking for articles to be written about himself.

    How pitiful !!!

Kann is a total lightweight. No big case experience as a prosecutor. And no leadership experience anywhere – at any step of his SHORT career.

John better get on the phone and see if Negrin is running. If he is, John Kann has no shot. Negrin will have all the political support to go along with his actual real world experience in Government helping people and getting things done.

Negrin is a shoo-in if he decides to run.

  11. I worked with Rich Negrin when he was Philly’s Managing Director. He gets it. He cares about people. Cares about our neighborhoods.

  12. Oh yeah, let’s put another McCaffery in office cause it worked out so well the first time!
