He will not get away with it. A court in Pittsburgh just knocked out a huge chunk of the R argument against Kane. They ruled that he temporary suspension has zero impact on her ability to prosecute criminal cases.
HaHaHa, I don’t see any mention of Kane here. And I’m surprised you didn’t make this article about Frank Fina somehow. In any event, Governor Wolf has been aggressively calling for the Senate to remove Kane. Wolf tries to appear in public statements like he’s mulling it over, but he wants her gone before this election cycle gets further along.
Wonder if Wolf has agreed to “trade” Kane for a budget deal … …
