42% of the 962 respondents said Pennsylvania should abolish the office of Lieutenant Governor. 39% said the Gubernatorial candidate should pick the candidate, and 19% said it should stay the same.

Eliminate half the GOP legislature by re-districting NOT on political party lines. Manipulating boundaries based on party politics is immoral.
Plurality is a nothing word – 58% of the answers were to keep or alter the present system.
This site tries to make news that 42% of those who voted in this very limited poll chose to eliminate the position altogether!

I understand that about 35% of our citizens don’t like government at all and if they had the chance they would destroy it. (and some have almost succeeded)
The others are probably upset with the present squabbles and just don’t want to hear about another skirmish and political mist-mosh in Harrisburg.
The facts and just the facts without the attempt to tilt the result to imply that a “plurality” which doesn’t approach the majority of voters would like to eliminate the office entirely.
The actual job of Lt. Governor is to run the Senate and the measure of the present holder and past holders of this office should stick to the substance of the answers.
