How is Kathy D. only “sort of” from Western PA? You can’t get much more West than Erie. Plus PA-03 stretches into the Pittsburgh media market, so she has run ads there.
People need to stop hating on NW PA.
We need a SEPA moderate who can win over swing voters. Rob McCord is the perfect candidate.
dem gal did you change your name to Help PA?
LOL.
I think Critz will float his name in the next year. He won’t want to go back to being an everyday guy and will want the spotlight.
But when people, especially dem’s statewide, see what he’s done he will have no chance.

Bob Casey is too comfortable doing nothing in DC. I doubt he would want to come out of the shadows. Further, it takes some leadership qualities to be Governor (not withstanding anyone’s feelings regarding the current occupant).
I would like to see Schwartz not casey we need casey in the Senate
I can’t imagine adding a person from Erie to the ticket to add geographic balance.
What Observer says.

Kathy being 2nd on the ticket makes sense. Can the Dems make it happen? Let’s remember their last Lt Gov race.
I guess Corbett knows something you don’t. Something like- people supporting continued safe development if the natural gas industry and impact feel, or that he didn’t cover up for any child abusers and that politicized conspiracy theory won’t go anywhere…
But you probably aren’t just looking for a reason to trash the guv…
This poll leaves out the one name I think is least likely to be on the Governor ballot: Corporate Tom Corbett himself. If the money trail from Big Oil to his pocket isn’t his undoing, then his affirmative whitewash of the Penn State child abusers will get him for sure. He is the lamest of lame ducks, waddling around blissfully unaware that duck season is about to open.
When I first heard about Dahlkemper I thought the same thing Jon – but now the more I think about it, she’s likely just posturing for a LtGub. position, and its actually a great fit for several more “serious” SEPA contenders like Sestak and McCord – both could help fill out their respective tickets with a Western (sort of) PA Dem with some name recognition. I think that’s been her angle all along.

How does anyone think Kathy Dahlkemper could win a statewide Democratic primary?
Not Kathy Dahlkemper. She is pretty much a moron.
