Governor Tom Corbett and former Revenue Secretary Tom Wolf held their third, and final, gubernatorial debate last week.
After meeting in Hershey and Philadelphia, the candidates finished their trilogy in Pittsburgh.
The debate was broadcast live at the WTAE-TV studios and featured the candidates standing at podiums for the first time this year. (Previously they used stools and sat at a table, a distinction that is either a massive coincidence or an example of extreme overmanagement by the people who negotiated the debate rules).
This contest featured the most discussion of policy, the fewest attacks and the longest running time.
So far, Governor Corbett has won our two previous debate reader polls. Will he complete the triple crown or will Wolf pull off the final round?
Who did you think won the third gubernatorial debate?

Not a Tom Corbett fan; however, after 3 debates I have a new-found respect and admiration for Corbett. Wolf appears so inept I was embarrassed for him.
WHO CARES WHO WON THE DEBATE !!! THE POLL HAS NO BASIS — WOLFE WILL WIN THE ONLY POLL THAT COUNTS IN NOV.
Hardly anyone is voting for Wolf, as much as they are voting against Corbett, who has been an utter disaster for PA.
While I expect Wolf to be a fine Governor, a monkey in a clown costume could beat Corbett.
All Wolf really had to do to “win” this debate was not do anything foolish, and let Corbett hang himself some more. Wolf gave him just enough rope, and didn’t say anything dumb. For political purposes, he won this one by a landslide.
Another unscientific poll hijacked by Corbett’s goons. Election Day will be a harsh reality.
Tom Corbett won hands down! Wolf still has not answered how his tax plan would affect taxpayers.
It is easy for Wolf to say what he will do. He doesn’t have a clue what he will be up against should he (God forbid) get elected.

More proof that Tom Wolf is not ready to be Governor.
Even Philadelphians think he’s weak. Its a running theme around the state. And the debates have proven it.
