Yesterday Attorney General Kathleen Kane was convicted on nine charges.
Despite that, however, she does not have to resign until she is actually sentenced.
Governor Tom Wolf, as well as many others, have already called on her to step down.
Nevertheless, Kane has always maintained that she will never resign.

How about that — she resigned.
She’s crazy, so she probably will choose to stay and force Senate Democrats to vote on the removal question again next week. Way to put your own party in a tough spot before their elections!
