RMU Poll: 43.6% Kane Should Go 15.3% Kane Should Stay

KaneThe Attorney General’s numbers are getting worse.

That is the conclusion of the latest Robert Morris University survey, which shows 43.6% of respondents believe Kathleen Kane should resign.

15.3%, on the other hand, think the AG should stay in office while 41% don’t know enough to make a judgment.

These are worse numbers for Kane than when this same question was posed back in May. Back then, the margin was 33.5%/17% in favor of resignation while 49% didn’t have an opinion.

Therefore, according to this poll at least, despite the email revelations about Frank Fina and Justice Eakin the AG’s support continues to erode.

This poll was conducted by the Robert Morris University Polling Institute from October 10th to 15th. They contacted 523 Pennsylvanians. The margin of error is +/- 4.5%.

  1. HaHaHa –

That would be a huge problem for me. If those allegations are proven, then Kane better get rid of him forthwith. I don’t know if Kane was “banging” anybody, but promoting someone you are sleeping with would be another problem, separate from the first one. I guess it will play out in Court and we will find out eventually.

You seem to have inside information. It has been reported that Marc Costanzo had a complaint made against him at the DA’s Office by a woman. Seth said that he and Frank Fina had no issues at the DA’s Office. What gives there? What was the complaint? Who made it? What was it about?

  2. Harry, speaking of woman-haters, I hope you’re not mad that Kane promoted that guy who was groping women in the office. Some say that it’s a lot worse than looking at emails, but Kane was banging the guy so it was only proper to make an honest Chief of Staff out of him.

  3. Fina has been hiding for long enough. He has gotten Court Orders to protect himself. He NEVER publicly admitted or apologized for his racist e-mails.

And it wasn’t that long ago he was challenging the AG to a televised debate (LOL). But that was before she discovered his e-mails (Oops). He said back than that he “is a lawyer; and doesn’t need a lawyer.” Since then, he is alleged to have hired a lawyer. LMAO. And now – on every story (that he or the Corbett Pervs plant) he has “no comment.”

Wonder why …. No I don’t … I know why. Fina is a closet racist and woman-hater. He has now been dragged into the light. He and Corbett let a monster continue to rape children for 32 months.

The reporters covering the Salvation Army case should ask who really made the decision to grant immunity to the white guy and go after the black guy. Hint – it wasn’t the ADAs that tried the case, the Chief of Homicide, or the 1st assistant ….

  4. The thing is, I won’t be the least bit embarrassed when there is nothing new at all about Fina or any of the reporters. The only person who broke the law was Kathleen Kane, and, while it makes me very frustrated, she’s the only one going to prison! I HATE FINA SO MUCH! FREE SANDUSKY! FREE SANDUSKY! REPERVLICAAAAAAAAANNNNNNSSS!!!!

  5. @ Pat Unger:

You correctly wrote [on October 28, 2015 at 7:03 a.m.] that “Oh well, I guess I’m just full of shit!”

This reinforces the adage that a broken clock [with a 12-hour sweep-hand]] is correct twice daily.

  6. Damn! I guess my boss’ attempt to use Craig and Angela in my smear campaign is going to get them in trouble too. This sucks!! Kane was supposed to just resign so my bosses (Fina ‘& The Corbett Pervs) could just continue rail-rosado get people, committing crimes and jacking people up. Shit …. What do we do now???

  7. The folks at the INwuirer must really be squirming now. Kane has their e-mails.

This is really getting good now. I hope she brings on a team of former prosecutors to review the Fina/Feudale corruption allegations. If they were mis-using grand juries, the Public has a right to know. But I really hope it doesn’t mean a new trial for that child rapist – the one Fina @ the Corbett Pervs let attack children for 32 months.

  8. I am Joey from Olney.

I got owned yesterday so you will see me posting under numerous aliases today. (No one will know though.)

  9. Can’t wait to hear what Fina and Feudale were up to. Kane said a long time ago that she had uncovered evidence of corruption. Ad there have been whispers about the Feds looking at Fina.

Put the INKY spin aside. This is not looking good for Fina and Feudale? The INKY doesn’t even mention what was in Feudale’s e-mails (that he was dumb enough to have on an OAG laptop). Can’t wait to find out!

  10. Of course, neither Fina nor Corbett work in the Montgomery County DA’s Office, so I’m just throwing a blue and white dart at my Penn State dart board on how they are connected to her current prosecution. And Corbett and Fina are despised in the legislature, so they have no connection to that process. Oh well, I guess I’m just full of shit!

  11. I’m Pat Unger and I’m Larry. See how clever I am? I post as Pat then I immediately past as Larry and compliment Pat’s post. No one sees directly through this. I am so smart.

  12. Wow. Thanks Unger. It appears Frank Fina has a lot more to hide than the racist e-mails. This explains EVERYTHING.

  13. Now it is clear why Fina & The Corbett Pervs want her ton so BADLY. What’s below is from a newspaper today. It appears Fina and Feudale are VERY NERVOUS.

HARRISBURG — Attorney General Kathleen Kane, in one of her last actions before her law license suspension, assigned two agents to review decades-old grand juries for emails and other correspondence sent among judges, prosecutors and reporters, sources have told The Morning Call.

The focus, according to sources, is on grand juries overseen by Senior Judge Barry F. Feudale and prosecuted by a former deputy attorney general, Frank Fina, with whom she has feuded and blames for her legal problems.

Feudale oversaw several major grand jury cases prosecuted by Fina, including the grand jury investigation of Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State coach convicted of sexually abusing boys for at least a decade.

Kane won election in November 2012 in part by pledging to review why it took 32 months to investigate Sandusky. Fina, now an assistant prosecutor in the Philadelphia district attorney’s office, became a vocal critic of Kane’s campaign pledge.

In May 2013, Kane successfully petitioned the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to remove Feudale as a grand jury judge, arguing he and Fina were too close and that Feudale exhibited erratic behavior in part by bringing a large knife to the attorney general’s office.

  14. OK … But …. When will Ferman and Stelle investigate/prosecute the people responsible for the many illegal leaks from the Kane grand jury?

  15. I keep casting aspirations on Steele. Little do I know that he’s a Democrat. Not only is he a Democrat, but he is a Democrat running for DA.

  16. It is so gratifying to see that 97.3% of Pennsylvanians think Kathleen Kane should stay and be re-elected.

  17. … says the #1 bickering, cry-baby, TEA-slurper here.

I agree though. Let’s get back on topic: When will Ferman and Stelle investigate/prosecute the people responsible for the many illegal leaks from the Kane grand jury?

  18. It’s one thing to reply to challenges, but another to bicker.

How ’bout y’all cease/desist and return to the topic-at-hand?

The key is that a noose is rapidly tightening around AG=Kane.

  19. LOL … Feudale … All of Fina’s buddies are joining in, huh? Some are filing lawsuits. Some are raising baseless allegations.

He should have been arrested for brandishing that knife.

  20. Good points, Pat. And it’s not just the mis-use of their State equipment.

Those creeps obviously think they are above the law. And, until somebody does something, I guess they are.

After all, Ferman and Steele have not yet answered why they are not investigating/prosecuting the people responsible for the absurd amount of leaks from the Kane grand jury.

What’s good for the goose apparently is not good for the perverts.
