The Justice Department has “no record” of former U.S. Attorney Tom Marino having approval from superiors to serve as a reference on Dunmore businessman Louis DeNaples’ December 2005 casino license application, a department spokeswoman told The Citizens’ Voice newspaper, which is owned by the same company as The Times-Tribune, on Thursday.
