Which State Legislators Went to PA’s Public Universities?

More than anything, Governor Corbett’s budget is a major hit on PA’s 14 public universities (PASSHE) and four state-affiliated schools. That got PoliticsPA wondering. Every college graduate knows what it’s like to get a phone call from his or her school’s alumni relations asking for donations, but how easily could that translate into lobbying?

Sam Rohrer for Senate? (With Video)

In an interview today, the Tea Party hero told PoliticsPA that he knows his name is being talked about for the race, and that would not rule out a challenge to Bob Casey. That said, Rohrer emphasized that his focus at the moment is his role as PA State Director of Americans for Prosperity.
