The Senate Democrats have announced their leaders for each committee for the 2015-2016 legislative session.
“Senate Democratic caucus members who have been selected as Democratic chairs of committees have wide-ranging experience and expertise to make significant contributions to the development of public policy,” Sen. Democratic Leader Jay Costa said. “Their knowledge will be important in helping to devise effective policy choices and enabling the Senate to operate effectively.”
Since Republicans hold the majority, these men and women will serve as ranking members on their respective committees.
