Apparently, someone out there is not a fan of Frank Fina. But Fina, according to an anonymous source, is a fan of the band Nickelback.

A manilla envelope slipped under PoliticsPA’s door Wednesday contained numerous details about the Philadelphia prosecutor. The package included several documents along with a forty-two page single-spaced document detailing all the objectionable material contained within.

“Follow the money,” the source wrote. The next page showed an iTunes bill statement attributed to an email address Fina used while serving in the Attorney General’s office. It documented an astonishing $138.52 spent on the complete collection of the Canadian rock group – all of which he downloaded onto government computers.

“This behavior violated computer and email policies and on an even more troubling level showed a fundamental disregard and disrespect for people who work in OAG and for Pennsylvanians,” the source continued.

Also among the files were the records of Fina’s Netflix account, which show streaming activity during business hours.

“Not only has Mr. Fina viewed all five Twilight films, but on separate occasions he gave at each one of them a five star review,” the source wrote.

Other films with positive Fina reviews included The Godfather Part III, Battlefield Earth, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace and the Transformers series.

The anonymous leaker also highlighted two traffic tickets Fina had received in the past twenty years and the fact that he has $3.65 in overdue library fees.

Reached for comment, Fina decried the release of his personal information – but did not deny the authenticity of the documents.

“If a man wants to unwind by listening to quality rock music in the privacy of his office, that’s his business. It’s not hurting anybody,” he said.

The public release of Fina’s LiveJournal is pending a preliminary injunction.
