Neal Goodman, D-123, want to make Pennsylvania the 13th.The legislators, both members of the Labor Relations Committee, voted to move House bills 1502 and 1503 out of committee and to the House floor Monday. Bill 1502 deals with construction companies, while 1503 encompasses projects using public money.
