Hafer Fined $50K, Gets 3 Years Probation For Lying During Corruption Investigation: Former state Treasurer Barbara Hafer was sentenced to three years probation, a $50,000 fine, and to complete 500 hours of community service by a federal judge today.

Meuser Announces “Government for the People” Plan: 11th Congressional candidate Dan Meuser announced his first detailed policy plan in a three-page document called his “Government for the People” plan.

Mercyhurst Poll: Trump, Congress, and News Media Underwater in Erie County: In a new Mercyhurst Center for Applied Politics poll of Erie County voters, President Trump, who won the county last year, Congress and the news media are all underwater.
