Quinnipiac Poll: Gun Issue Boosts Toomey Approval: Sen. Pat Toomey’s approval rating is its highest ever according to the latest survey from Quinnipiac University. The jump was driven by his high profile on a recent bill to expand background checks.

New to Bucks, Strouse Prepares Challenge to Fitz: Before he can get to the uphill battle of challenging an incumbent Congressman, Army vet Kevin Strouse must establish his ties to his new home in Bucks County.

Brady’s Guv Favorite: Mike Stack: Bob Brady, the Congressman and Chair of the Philadelphia City Democratic Committee, likes Mike Stack for Governor. Backing the Philly state Senator would keep him out of the brewing battle between suburban hopefuls.
