PA Dems Target Mango on Planned Parenthood Funding: The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is pushing its first messaging about Paul Mango on Planned Parenthood, trying to get him on the record in the run up to the primary.

Inquirer: Uber pays $3.5M fine to settle fight with Pa. taxi regulators: Uber Technologies Inc. has agreed to pay $3.5 million to settle a complaint with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, a fraction of the amount the ride-sharing company had initially been fined.
