Supreme Court Rules Brimmeier on The Hook For Legal Fees: The state Supreme Court ruled that former Pennsylvania Turnpike CEO Joseph Brimmeier cannot be reimbursed by the commission for his legal fees while he was fighting charges during the pay to play scandal.
