Rothenberg Moves PA-Gov from Tossup to Tilts Democratic: With Corbett’s polls continuing to lag the Rothenberg Political Report changed its prediction of PA’s gubernatorial race from ‘Pure Tossup’ to ‘Tossup/Tilts Democratic.’

Q2: Fitzpatrick Breaks $500K: The Bucks County Republican topped half-a-million dollars in fundraising from April to June.

Q2: Shuster Challenger Loans Campaign $100K: Businessman Art Halvorson lent $100,000 to kickstart his effort to primary seven-term Congressman Bill Shuster (R-Blair).

Conservative PAC Blasts Shuster in Radio Ad: The DC-based conservative PAC Madison Project is coming out swinging in a new radio ad released in support of Art Halvorson, a businessman who announced a primary to Rep. Bill Shuster (R-Blair).
