NRCC Adds Rothfus to Incumbent Protection Program: The National Republican Congressional Committee has added Rep. Keith Rothfus to its ‘Patriot Program,’ which is designed to support potentially vulnerable incumbents in 2014.

Shuster Picks Up Second Challenger: Franklin County businessman Travis Schooley will run for Congress in PA-9. But the would-be challenger – who mounted an unsuccessful bid in 2012 – may split the anti-Shuster vote.
