Obama is coming to Scranton, plus a big departure from the Corbett administration. Good morning politicos, here’s the Buzz.

Obama to Visit Pa. on Bus Tour: The President will make stops in Pennsylvania and New York during a bus tour next week. Update: the President’s one Pa. stop will be in Scranton.

Corbett Spox Harley Leaves Administration: Kevin Harley served as Corbett’s spokesman since his campaign for Attorney General. Its another high profile departure for the administration.

In PA-13, 2 Dems Say ‘I was First’ on Student Loan Bill: Both State Rep. Brendan Boyle and State Sen. Daylin Leach claim to have embraced the “Pay It Forward” tuition model before the other.

Toomey Signs on to Commerce Clause End-Run Bill: Senator Pat Toomey joins conservative stars in co-sponsoring a bill that would restrict the Commerce Clause.
