Dem Fall State Committee Preview: Stampede warning. The state Democratic party is holding its seasonal meeting this weekend at the Valley Forge Casino Resort and lots of candidates will be there.

Muhlenberg/MCall Poll: Medicaid Expansion Beats CorbettCare: 50% of respondents said expanding Medicaid was preferable. 22% chose the private insurance option, a proposal supported by Gov. Tom Corbett.

Schwartz Announces Education Reform Plan: The gubernatorial candidate says she will make education her top priority by reversing cuts and establishing new initiatives.

Teamsters Union Backs McCord: The Teamsters announced that they are backing Rob McCord in the Democratic primary contest.

Pew Poll: Nutter’s Approval Rating Plummets: A new Pew poll shows the Philadelphia Mayor’s job approval down to 39%, more than a twenty percent drop from last year.
