Corbett Bump: Approval up Net 10, Still in Negative Territory

After months of negative approval ratings, the latest Morning Call/Muhlenberg College poll shows a bright spot for Pennsylvania’s Governor Tom Corbett. Although his disapproval rating still outweighs those that approve of Corbett’s service thus far, the poll shows that the Keystone State’s Governor is starting to win back the favor of Pennsylvanians.

According to the poll, 39 percent of likely voters said they disapproved of the Republican Governor’s job performance. 33 percent said they approved.

That’s compared to an unfavorable rating of 46 percent to 30 percent in the Morning Call’s poll in late September – and August, too.

The survey of 438 likely voters was conducted from Oct. 10 through Monday. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percent.

  1. So, basically,…….. the poll determined that 33% have no f*cking idea how bad Corbett.

You know Corbett is worried because he already did a stint on Cavuto on Fox.

Maybe when Kane gets elected AG, we can find out how much Corbett assisted in the Sandusky cover-up.

  2. Did you see his coverage in the Wall Street Journal last week? One of the four most fiscally responsible governors in the country.
That’s very good for us in the long run.
