After indictment, Musto says ‘I want my day in court’

State Sen. Raphael J. Musto, an 81-year-old Pittston native who has held public office for nearly 40 years, became the latest official snared in an ongoing public corruption probe Tuesday when he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Scranton on charges he pocketed cash and gifts from a company that wanted help building a multimillion-dollar commercial development project.  Click here to continue reading.
