Former Congressman Lou Barletta launches an immigration-focused PAC, while the field for the Scranton Mayoral race starts to take shape. Here is the Playbook. 

Barletta Launches Immigration-Focused PAC: The former GOP Congressman from Luzerne County said he’d like to prioritize Pennsylvania candidates for the PAC. Barletta also said that after Labor Day he will make an announcement about his future.

Candidates Line Up For Scranton Mayoral Race: The city Democratic and Republican Party’s have both selected a candidate to run in November’s election, although several people are mulling third party runs as well.
