A new CNBC/Change Research poll shows former VP Joe Biden leading President Donald Trump by 3 points in PA, while a pair of congressional challengers release new TV ads. Here is the Playbook.

CNBC/Change Research Poll: Biden 49, Trump 46: Over half, 58%, of Pennsylvania likely voters say that they plan to vote in-person on Election Day, while 34% say that they plan to vote by mail, and 4% say that they plan to vote in person before Election Day.

PA8: New Bognet Ad Plays Up NEPA Roots: The GOP congressional hopeful talks about his youth in northeast Pa. and describes himself as the candidate who will support “folks who work with their hands.” Cartwright’s campaign points to his years outside the district working for GOP candidates.

PA10: DePasquale Does CrossFit in New Ad: There’s a joke about people who do CrossFit: “The first rule of CrossFit is you always talk about CrossFit.” Eugene DePasquale is taking that ethos to the next level.
