Rep. Scott Perry’s race was moved to a toss-up by the Cook Political Report, while President Trump postpones a planned trip to a Beaver County ethane cracker plant that was slated for Thursday. Here is the Playbook. 

PA10: Cook Moves Race to Toss Up: The election analysts moved the seat held by Rep. Scott Perry (R-York) from Lean Republican to Toss Up.

Pence Pushes USMCA in Franklin County: The Vice President urged Congress to pass the proposed trade agreement aimed at replacing NAFTA, while boasting at the current state of the economy and crediting the policies from the Trump administration.

  1. Scott Perry should seriously consider retiring and joining his buddy Wagner at Penn Waste. Look at his donors from the past cycle – he has no support from anyone in State.
