Biden To Visit Delco on Tuesday

His first visit as president.

According to a release from the White House Press Office, President Joe Biden will be traveling to Delaware County on Tuesday.

Additional details have not been released about the upcoming visit yet, although the Philadelphia Inquirer notes that it will come just days after he’s expected to sign the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package into law.

In flipping Pennsylvania in the win column during the 2020 presidential election, he bested then-President Donald Trump by 26 points in Delaware County

Although this is the 46th president’s first visit to the commonwealth as Commander in Chief, it is not the first time that a member of the Biden family has visited Pennsylvania since the inauguration.

First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona visited Fort LeBouef Middle School in Erie County on March 3.
