BREAKING: Pro-Clinton Super PAC to Air TV Spots in PA

Hillary-ClintonThe mystery is over, Democrats will spend money in the Keystone State.

For quite awhile now, we’ve wondered if the Democratic Party and the Clinton campaign were taking PA for granted. It’s clear that is no longer the case.

According to Maggie Haberman of the New York Times, Priorities USA, has bought $10.5 million worth of TV ad reservations in Pennsylvania.

This news comes just days after a Quinnipiac Poll found Clinton ahead by only one point against Trump.

Priorities USA was the official Super PAC (well, as much as a Super PAC can be official) of Obama’s 2012 campaign and shortly thereafter shifted over to support Secretary Hillary Clinton in 2016. One of the head figures of the PAC is Paul Begala, a while known Clinton-world operative.

Haberman reports that the ads will run from July 5th through election day in the Philadelphia, Scranton and Pittsburgh TV markets.

PA is the ninth state that the group will be advertising in and the first to go up on its own without the actual Clinton campaign.

Finally, of course, Philadelphia will be the host of the 2016 Democratic National Convention from July 25th to 28th.

  1. It’s a Super PAC, KSDF – thanks to Republicans, we will never know. Sucks to get hoist by your own petard, doesn’t it?

  2. No ads are going to save Crooked Hillary from her doom! She’s done! Finished! The ad agencies and pr firms who put out this Clinton propaganda are paid huge money to design ads which have passed through all kinds of analysis before being released. They hire psychologists, use focus groups and a myriad of experts before these ads are even allowed to air. These “messages” are pure propaganda with the intention of swaying voters to back Crooked Hillary. No advertising will save the Clinton campaign.A whole series of releases are scheduled this summer that will show the American public, she is UNFIT to be President!

  3. The key in Pa. will the exciting the young people to get to the polls. She should be able to do well enough in the Philly suburbs. How well in the coal loving and gun loving Western Pa. is another matter. Most people are not involved with coal, but guns are a problem, as Jack Murtha used to say.
