There was good news for Delco today as the House voted down an amendment that would have cut funding for the V-22 Osprey, a tilt-rotor aircraft. The Osprey is manufactured in part by the some of the 5,900 Boeing workers in Delaware County. Unofficial reports indicate that the V-22 Osprey is one of the coolest aircraft in the world.

Casey sees a 10 point net increase in approval ratings in today’s Q-pac poll, while only 22% say he is too liberal. Meanwhile, the GOP still has a decent chance to define Casey (if not defeat him) if they start soon.
A fresh Quinnipiac poll shows President Obama’s approval ratings have gone up in Pennsylvania, giving the President his highest numbers since July 2009. Silver lining for the GOP? Obama not doing so well in SWPA or NEPA.
