Latino Justice Sues Over Redistricting Maps

Three plaintiffs, represented by Latino Justice, are suing over the use of the 2001 district lines. They allege the lines are a violation of the one person, one vote doctrine, and have requested a special election to remedy the unconstitutional effects of the upcoming elections.
