Many of Pennsylvania’s members of Congress made the case for their vote on the House floor today, while the vote fell 9-9 along party lines.
The poll, conducted by the Congressional Leadership Fund, a GOP super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, was conducted in early November, but not released until early December.
