After a bill was unanimously approved in the state Senate about moving up the state’s primary date for presidential election years, PoliticsPA asks readers when should the state’s primary be held for future elections. Here is the Playbook. 

 

Reader Poll: Should PA Move Its Primary Date?: A bill that was unanimously approved in the Pennsylvania state Senate would move the state’s primary date for the 2024 presidential election up to the third Tuesday in March.

PA10: The NewDem Action Fund Endorses DePasquale: First reported in Politico’s Morning Score on Monday, the NewDem Action Fund, which they describe as the “political arm of the center-left New Democrat Coalition” endorsed six candidates for Congress across the country, which included Auditor General Eugene DePasquale in his bid for the 10th Congressional District. 

PA1: Fitzpatrick Files for Reelection: On Monday, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick’s (R-Bucks) campaign sent out a press release stating that he will be the first campaign in the state’s 1st Congressional District to file its candidate petitions.
