February 25th Playbook

House Majority Leader Bryan Cutler spoke at the PA Press Club on Monday, while voters in West Philadelphia head to the polls today for the special election in the 190th state House District. Here is the Playbook. 

Cutler Mostly Avoids Speakership Horse Race at Press Club Lunch: The Lancaster County Republican touted the bipartisan achievements over the past year, while attempting to avoid the speculation about who will be the next Speaker.

PA1: Finello, Hurwitz to Debate: Christina Finello, an Ivyland Borough Councilwoman and Bucks County Deputy Director of Housing and Human Services, and Skylar Hurwitz, a technology entrepreneur and small business owner will debate from 12:15 to 1:30 pm at the Bucks County Community College’s Lower Bucks campus, according to the Bucks County Courier Times. Both candidates are seeking the Democratic Party nomination for the 1st Congressional District.
