PA Gov: Wolf Budget Calls for Increasing Income Tax and Boosting Education Funding: Gov. Tom Wolf’s $37.8 billion budget proposal calls for raising the state’s personal income tax from 3.07% to 4.49% for the state’s top-third earners, according to the Wolf administration.

Boockvar To Resign After DOS Fails To Advertise Constitutional Amendment: Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar will be resigning from her position effective Feb. 5.
